Wellness – Find Your Peace

Take a moment for yourself, Find the perfect spot, Close your eyes, Sweat, Let your mind wander, Let water trickle down on you, Cool off, Listen to music, Read, Relax, Just be for yourself, Regenerate

Our in-house recreational area offers a welcome respite from the Alpine cold. Though small, our Wellness Area is thoughtfully planned-out and offers amenities sure to help you calm down and rejuvenate after a full day of winter activities.

Do you prefer Bio or Finnish sauna, the aroma and brine steam bath or the infrared cabin? Rain showers, the Kneipp basin, or even the snow room with its guarantee of cool, fresh air? Perhaps you prefer chilling out in the relaxation room? We have covered the walls of ours with wood, equipped it with a huge window and headphones playing a soothing relaxation soundtrack…

OPENING HOURS

Daily 15.30 – 20.00

Please familiarize yourself with our sauna rules and recommendations for the wellness area:

  • Don’t rush it! To allow for the greatest revivifying effects, give yourself about two hours’ time in the wellness area.
  • Please remember to bring a large towel into the sauna and to wear bath slippers to protect your feet.
  • Before entering the sauna, take a shower and dry off.
  • In the sauna: recline or sit in a relaxed position with a towel underneath you. A little goes a long way when pouring water on the hot stones and supports a healthy sweat. Before leaving the sauna, sit comfortably in an upright position for a few moments.
  • Cool off under the shower or outside in the snow room, where you can take some deep breaths of cool, fresh air.
  • A foot bath in the Kneipp basin supports circulation and general well-being.
  • Take your time to rest between and/or after your sauna session, as this will improve the beneficial effects.
  • For refreshment, we recommend fine Arlberg spring water.
  • Follow these recommendations for all of your sessions in the Sauna.

If you follow our tips, your time in the wellness area will be a true pleasure!
